We may be able to assist by offering you:

  • Up to 3 months of deferment.
  • Waiver of overdue fees and part of the profit without commitment of the Company to give this waiver as it is up to its own discretion.

How do I update my direct debit details?

How can I make a payment to MINI Financial Services?

You can pay a payment via a Direct Debit arrangement, Bank Transfer or through DIB cash deposit machines.

Will the profit rate change while I am in hardship?

The profit rate charged to your account will not change if your instalments are deferred. 

What happens if I can’t afford my first monthly installment after my hardship arrangement has completed?

Hardship measures are only short term solutions to assist with unexpected events and help you get back on track.

Will I fall in arrears if I cannot make installments?

Failure to meet your instalments will put your finance agreement into arrears and may result in collections activity and a negative impact on your credit file.

If your situation is prolonged, keeping your vehicle may not be the best financial option for you. As the vehicle depreciates in value, it may leave you with a large gap between the car value and what is owing on the Murabaha.

If your hardship arrangement has completed and you are still unable to meet your obligation to MINI Financial Services, please contact the Hardship Team on 04-3129999 between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm Sunday to Thursday to discuss options available to you, such as selling your vehicle.
